- Jewellery with precious stones and products that have been resized shall not be altered, except in the case of a latent manufacturing defect that cannot be remedied by repair.
- Products ordered independently by the customer from the manufacturer’s catalogue are considered to be custom-made. The 14-day right of return applicable to distance purchases does not apply to custom-made products.

- When reducing the price or cancelling the contract and refunding the amount paid by the consumer for the goods, account may be taken of the wear and tear of the goods or of the benefit which the consumer has derived from the use of the goods and which has been agreed by the parties.
- If the non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract is minor and does not significantly affect the consumer’s ability to use the goods, the consumer cannot ask Baltic Jewellery to cancel the contract and refund the money paid for the goods. Non-compliance with the terms of the contract shall be deemed to be minor if it does not significantly impair the quality of the performance of the essential functions or the usability of the goods and can be remedied without causing any visually detectable change in the external appearance of the goods. A good shall not be considered to be non-conforming if, at the time of conclusion of the contract, the consumer knew or could not have known that the good was non-conforming (for example, by purchasing a second-hand good with a minor defect).
