Terms of delivery and return

Baltic Jewellery Delivery and Return Policy

  1. DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
    1. For orders where a delivery charge applies. You can choose the delivery method that suits you best on the Baltic Jewellery website.
    2. Delivery times are indicated for each type of delivery provider on our Website.
    3. All Baltic Jewellery products are insured, so you don’t have to worry about delivery security or other risks.
  2. DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
    1. An order is accepted for processing only after full payment for the order and delivery has been made by the customer using one of the payment and delivery methods available on the Website.
    2. Please indicate the delivery address as precisely as possible in the fields provided. Please do not forget to provide the courier with the relevant information (door code, office number, name of the recipient if you are not the recipient, etc.). An incorrect address may result in an extension of the delivery time.
    3. When filling in the delivery address, you will need to provide a telephone number so that the courier can contact the recipient. An incorrect telephone number may also cause an extension of the delivery time.
    4. Orders are confirmed after checking the availability of the goods in the supplier’s warehouse. Once the order is confirmed, an invoice is sent to the customer for payment. Orders paid for on weekdays before 18:00 are dispatched within 3 working days and handed over to the courier for delivery. If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is confirmed and processing starts the next working day. Upon delivery, the courier has the right to ask for proof of identity (passport or identity card) to confirm the identity of the recipient of the order.
  3. RETURN OF GOODS AND REFUND
    1. When concluding a distance contract, i.e. when making a purchase on the Website, you as a consumer have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
    2. The period of the right of withdrawal shall be calculated as follows: in the case of an order for goods, from the date on which the goods are delivered to the consumer; in the case of a single order for several goods delivered separately, from the date on which the last ordered good is delivered to the consumer; in the case of the delivery of goods consisting of several lots or parts, from the date on which the last lot or part of the ordered goods is delivered to the consumer.
    3. Returns can be made within 14 days using the Omniva return code in the SMS sent by Omniva. If you choose to use a postal or courier service, Baltic Jewellery does not cover the postage costs of sending the goods.
    4. Orders can only be returned via Omniva or courier.
    5. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are liable for any use of the goods which goes beyond the purpose for which the goods were intended for inspection, for any use of the goods during the withdrawal period which is incompatible with the principle of good faith and for any diminution in the value, quality and safety of the goods.
    6. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Baltic Jewellery is obliged to refund the purchase price and the delivery charge to the same bank account from which the goods were paid for as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we have received the returned goods and verified that they are of satisfactory quality. If you wish to return an item purchased using an electronic gift card, the funds returned will be transferred to the purchaser of the gift card and not to the actual recipient of the item (the returner of the gift card).
  4. LIABILITY FOR DIMINISHED VALUE
    1. You have the right to refuse to exercise your right of withdrawal to try out the product in order to check whether it meets your needs and wishes without damaging the trademarks/brands. If, on return of the goods, this mark is removed or damaged or the packaging is missing, Baltic Jewellery reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to refuse a refund to the Buyer
    2. The consumer is liable for the depreciation of the goods if they are used for purposes other than ascertaining the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods. Baltic Jewellery shall be entitled to deduct from the purchase price a proportion of the depreciation, subject to prior agreement with the purchaser as to the amount of the deduction.
